Expert system for financial planning and budgeting is a model that was created to help automate financial planning, budgeting and implementation of strategies to position an organization for growth and survival. Models such as Gamblers Ruin Score, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Z-Score Methods and Re-Investment Cash Flow Ratio (RCF) were developed and programmed for a positive implementation.
