This software was developed to eliminate problems associated with the paper-driven licensing system. With the software in place, challenges such as delays in the processing of applications, identity theft, fake registration papers, fake driver's licenses and errors that might lead to stolen vehicles would be a thing of the past.

Hardware Requirements

1. A minimum of Pentium 4 with a speed of 1.3 GHz.
2. A minimum RAM capacity of at least 512MB.
3. Hard disk capacity of at least 100mb free space.
