These firms have turned to retard their growth and development thereby impending general economic prosperity, the study was carried out to fund how to improve managerial effectiveness in Brewery firms. Three hypotheses were stated for which a questionnaire was formulated and administered. The data gathered were analyzed using table and percentage. Having analyzed the collected data, the hypotheses were tested. From the tested hypothesis the following findings were as follows: i. It was found that the respondents agreed that their firms are operating at an above average performance. ii. That the respondents claimed that they measures performance in the organization. iii. That the respondents claimed that cost and time management affect the managerial effectiveness in the firm. Finally, the researcher made the following recommendation: ? Management should endeavor to improve and adopt effective cost and time management ?
