This study describes the concept of ICT and their roles in library development in the country. In this study, survey research design was used, and a sample size of 54 was drawn from a total population of 304 using random sampling technique. Questionnaires and oral interview were used to obtain data from the respondents. The data collected were analyzed using frequency tables and percentages.
