This research work is thus geared towards the design, development, and installation of a financial management system for Oshimili South Local Government area with its headquarters situated in Asaba. It collects data and design requirements using descriptive approach and modern-day cutting edge tools for the application development. There are five chapters with detailed information about financial management, financial management systems, financial management issues as well as other related literature. A descriptive parameter showing population setting is found in chapter three of this report.
