Abstract
This project focuses on the Effect of Non-Financial Incentives on Employee Performance (A Study of Federal Polytechnic Bida). Several textbooks were consulted for this work in order to know the various needs of motivating employees through non-monetary incentives. In the cause of the research work, the researcher made use of a questionnaire to gather information which was well analyzed and interpreted using statistical packages for social sciences  (SPSS) i.e. CHI-SQUARE as a method of testing the hypothesis. In the cause of this research work, it was discovered that money alone does not motivate employee, also a good working condition encourages employees to improve their productivity this research work recommend the provision of good working condition, employees promotion, training and development opportunity as well as an increase in worker’s salary and wages. ...
