Several textbooks were consulted for this work in order to know the various needs of motivating employees through non-monetary incentives. In the cause of the research work, the researcher made use of a questionnaire to gather information which was well analyzed and interpreted using statistical packages for social sciences (SPSS) i.e. CHI-SQUARE as a method of testing the hypothesis.
