Descriptive research design was employed in this research work. This study focused on the use of primary data which was collected from the target sample. A structured questionnaire was used to collect the data. Chapter Four is concerned with Data Presentation and Analysis. The findings show that extrinsic factors have a strong influence on employee job satisfaction.
