The current process of teaching and learning is being done manually and due to this procedure, the learning process is slow and not encouraging. The system is designed to computerize the manual process in order to check this problem. The research methodology used to get information for developing the software is Structural Analysis and Design Methodology. Problems were identified after series of interview and examinations of documents, after which analysis was made and a computerized procedure taken. The importance of the software to ICT development is that a lot of IT students and also people who are willing to learn and obtain a certificate on Java programming language but due to time factor and distance are given the opportunity to learn online and also obtain the desired certificate without stress involved in the manual process of learning. The system is implemented using a 3-Tier Approach whereby HTML is used as the front tier, PHP the middle tier and MYSQL Database as the back-end tier.
