Responsibilities:
- Acting as a first point of contact for the company.
- Dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Managing diaries, organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Typing, computing and preparing reports.
- Work 40 hours per week.

- Accuracy and attention to details.
- Knowledge of relevant software.
- Tact and discretion
- Administrative skills
- Financial skills.
Experience: 2 years in clerical and administrative jobs.
