The aim of this research is to maintain contract management information system for forecasting and decision making. The researcher conducted a research work that is limited to computerized online contract bidding system only. In conclusion, the design and implementation of a computerized contract bidding system was achieved with a standardized and structural database. The new system was designed using web design tools (PHP, HTML, J Query, java script and CSS). This tool was chosen because of its simplicity and it is the best tool for developing web base applications.
