The objective of the study is to determine the impact of the agricultural sector on the economic growth in Nigeria and to determine the effect of the agricultural sector on employment creation in Nigeria. The data collected were analyzed by the use of tabulation, percentage and chi-square (X²). In calculating chi-square, the level of significance is given as 0.05. From the research so far, we drew some relevant findings, that agricultural reform is very important and that Agricultural Development propels the establishment of new infrastructural facilities in Nigeria.
