Abstract
The basic aim of the study is to show the impact of training and development on employees'' performance. However, all the essential elements of the impact of training and development on employees'' performance will be fully discussed. In the first chapter of the project work, we shall consider the background of the study, statement of the study, research questions, scope/ limitation of the study, and at the end of the chapter definition of terms. In the second chapter, we consider literature reviews, the concept of training and development on employee performance,  reasons for training employees, identification of training needs, types of training, and impact of training and development. In the third chapter, we consider the research population of the study and sample size determination, sampling techniques/ determination, sampling techniques/ procedures, validity and reliability of measuring instrument and the methods of data/analysis. Chapter four deals with the presentation and analysis of data. Finally, in chapter five, summary of findings, conclusion and recommendations are treated. ...
