The research work aimed at exploring and incorporating some of these sophisticated technologies for the development of electronic study materials such as past questions and answers for students of Isa Mustapha Agwai I Polytechnic, Lafia. The methodology used in this project work is Structured System Analysis and Design Method (SSADM). The study is limited to Isa Mustapha Agwai Polytechnic, Lafia to enable students go online and gain access to past questions and answers and also practice CBT at their comfort zone without location being a barrier. The software development was carried out using PHP, CSS, HTML, MySQL for both front and back end. Wampserver was used as the local host.
