The essence was to produce a durable website and avoidable loss of crime records. Structural database management system (DBMS) was used in the development in other to eliminate redundancy in the compilation, its friendliness in responding to the user exhibits, and also its reliability and efficiency in tracking down criminal reports. Another important feature of this system was that it provides the user with the facilities for having the opportunity to send reports as well as the facilities to communicate with the system. The tools to be used for designing the system are: use case diagram, activity diagram and E-R diagram. The system will be implemented using HTML, PHP and JavaScript programming languages, MySQL database will be used as the backend technology, while php My Admin will be used as the DBMS.
