This research work is an attempt to clear the general belief of the people about the actual roles of an auditor which has been misunderstood or misinterpreted. It has been observed that the main problems independent auditors face in performing and observing their duties effectively is, that most of the clients (company) lack skilled personnel to handle the pre-requisite requirement in internal control.
