For the purpose of this research work, data was collected through the use of the questionnaire which was analyzed using the mean method of analysis, the population of the study was 30 which consisted of all the secretaries and computer operators in Federal Polytechnic Bali. The analyzed and interpreted data revealed that there are a lot of problems or causes of secretarial inefficiency in automated offices.
