The inadequacy of good management can, however, result in serious problems that could redness estate life cycle. Management strategies in this respect are meant to be objectives, plans, and policies carefully set up to ensure or to achieve a desirable result. In the course of management the contrary of general belief, management entails more than mere rents collection. It thus involves finding tenants, arranging, preparing leases, then dealing with the maintenance weather for a landlord or tenants account. In this research work, effort would examine the existing management and maintenance procedure of housing estates with a focus on Olofa housing estate and look into the management problems that affect the living standard of the inhabitant of the case study.
