Appraisal system is established by some organization to help motivate their employee to strike hard to be recognized and rewarded. An effective employee appraisal help to align individual goal with that of the organization in terms of providing clear communication around workplace, responsibilities and objectives, identifies, training needs and encourage a positive relationship between workers and management.
