This project work is being carried out because the researcher believed that a sound service delivery has not been carried out on women social needs, this shortcoming might not be unconnected with the apparent problems facing both the services providers women and the beneficiaries that is, the researcher made available for public consumption those problems militating against women education with the view of finding lasting remedies to them. Families should be encouraged through religious organizations to sponsor their female children to achieve their dreams and ambitions and not insist that they quickly get married. Based on the findings of this study, the researcher makes the following recommendations: More opportunities should be given to women in terms of free education and scholarships to encourage their enrollment in formal education.
