This project work helps you to understand what cryptographic is all about and the procedure or method used in collecting data is the Spiral model which has four phases communication, planning and modeling, construction, and deployment. The above aims were achieved using encryption and decryption while the programming language used in the development of this software is C# (Csharp) programming language this platform is developed by Microsoft. NET Frame work because of its flexibility and versatility the research aims in designing this program by making sure that the integrity and the privacy of individuals are not compromised. Conclusively security in communication and network system have come a long way to ensure that information transmitted between two or more parties involved in a conversation enjoy benefit of privacy, with the aim of identifying the extent of which data encryption and decryption has contributed immensely to security management system in M.I.S-Management information system of Abdu Gusau Polytechnic Talata Mafara as the case study.
