To achieve this objective, the study identified the causes of business failures, to educate the organization under study on the various factors responsible for business failures and to examine the contributions of business organization in Nigeria. In terms of research design and methodology, this study used an explanatory research design whereby interview, questionnaire and observations were used as data collection techniques. The population of the study include (31) thirty one staffs. Data were collected from the population and analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) computer package. The study found that lack of training and development leads to business failures, whereas the organization under study makes provision for training of its staff as at when due. The study found that ineffective marketing strategy will lead to business failure. And also, the study discovered that lack of funds for business expansion results to failures. The study concluded that business will survive when it has good personnel with technical know-how handling their activities.
