This study makes use of Fan Milk LC Ibadan as a case study. Employee motivation promotes or allows a smooth relationship between employers of labour and their employees. Random selection is adopted as the sampling technique for this research work. The study also used Questionnaire as the instrument for data collection, the questionnaire is of two parts, A and B. Part A covers the respondents Personal Data while Part B covers the questions relevant to the students. Based upon the findings, the following are recommended as concrete steps on the positive direction of employee motivation. i. Personnel department every organization should have a separate department or at least section dealing with all personnel matters especially personnel welfare. ii.
