Abstract
The research work on analysis of the causes and effects of poor performance of cooperative in Imo state. The objective was to see the causes and effects of poor performance on cooperative in Imo state the dynamism of society extends to peoples need and choice in many spheres of life. Experience in work environment (A stratum of strata of society) is also reflective of the dynamic nature of society“Things change, action change, mind change and also ideas change”. But“change” is what does not change cooperative is a sine-Quanon to development and progress. Cooperation is an interesting study, it teaches how the common people (Consumer, employers, artisans, farmers tenants students) can go into business successfully, for profit, and the services to themselves and to know when there is poor performance in their cooperative societies in the state where it is registered or formed. ...
