The result of the investigations showed the presence of moisture to be 7.5%, ash content 18.86%, crude fiber 104%, crude fat 55.95%, crude protein 49.63%, carbohydrate 11.708%, mineral element determine were lead 0.09mg/g, copper 0.09mg/g, zinc 0.75mg/m, cardium ND, magnesium 0.0wmg/g, chromium 0.4mg/g, ferrum 1.38mg/g, calcium 22.25mg/g, manganese 1.95mg/g.
