The main objective of this study was therefore to describe environmental pollution: types, effects/pollutants and environmental areas affected, in some areas in Nwangele local government area of Imo State. The descriptive survey design was used and 300 questionnaires copies served on respondents and results showed a high positive relationship. Data analysis consists of frequency tables and percentages.
