Administrative officer as an important organ of government establishment and organization perform essential functions in these establishments. For the purpose of this research work, the administration officer stands as a potential instrument for the improvement of the various government establishments in the country. This is necessitated because of the poor performance of these governmental establishments in terms of their administrative management in the modern technological expanding society we are in, most of the establishment are saddled with so many problems which include that proper administration. The rationale for this work is to establish the fact that an administrative officer has the potentials of enhancing the administration efficiency of the government establishment in the country using Imo State Transport Company as a case study. Chapter one discusses fully the background of the study, the statement of the problem and the purpose of the study and others. While chapter two on its own treats the views of other authors on the subject. Chapter three discusses the methodology used in the research as well as the host of others. Chapter four features the analysis of the data collection. The summary of the study discussed the findings, recommendations and conclusion occupied chapter fives, the concluding chapter....
