The researcher set out to achieve the following objectives: To investigate the problems facing the farmers cooperative so as to know the means of solving them. The researcher applied the observation and survey method in generating the primary data. The population of the study comprises of 120 workers from different cooperative farmers. From the analysis, it is discovered that some problems and constraints have contributed to the inability to improve agricultural problems in the area of agricultural production. The following recommendations were made: it is good to allow as many members as possible into the cooperative so as to generate much funds. These will then create more avenue for the cooperative to be able to obtain both social and economic efficiency by reaping the benefits of specialization and economies of scale.
