The study identified problems arising from small and medium scale industries. The study has five research questions. Field source design was used while structural questionnaire is the major instrument for data collection. The questionnaire was analyzed with a simple percentage with Yaro Yamen statistical tool. The study revealed that small and medium scale industries in Nigeria are one of the sources of employment opportunities for other skills and unskilled labour.
