Abstract
This study is based on the impact of employees'' rewards and compensation system. This study makes use of POLARIS BANK as the case study. Reward systems have been identified as one of the most effective factors to maximize employee productivity. Even though employees'' reward and compensation system is just one of the instruments used to ensure organizational and workers’ productivity, the study strictly concerns itself with reward and compensation, its system, and its impact in enhancing organizational productivity, profitability and employee performance. Survey method is selected is used in this research work. The study also used questionnaires as the instrument for data collection the questionnaire is of two parts, A and B.  Part A covers the respondents'' Personal Data while Part B covers the questions relevant to the students....
