Abstract
Moringa oleifera is an edible plant. A wide variety of nutritional and medicinal virtus have been attributed to its roots, bart, leaves, flowers fruits and seeds. Phytochemical analysis has shown that its leaves are particularly rich in potassium, calcium, phosphorous, iron, vitamin A and D, essential amino acids, as well as such known antioxidants such as B-carotene, vitamin C and flavonoids...
