The study was designed to find out if Airtel customers in Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe - Oghara are exposed to voice call advertisements. The instrument for data collection was the questionnaire. The method used for analyzing data collected was frequency tabulations and simple percentage. From the findings, it showed that exposure to Airtel voice call brings about brand preference and voice call advertisement portray Airtel as better than other networks.
