The study adopted a descriptive survey method to gather data from using self-structured questionnaires, administered to fifty (50) health workers in the hospital through a random sampling technique and simple percentage was used to analyze the data obtained. This study reveals that UITH uses ICT to disseminate public health information, track patients' records and update their knowledge in health record management. Also, health information personnel use ICT skills in e-health data, for coding, indexing and statistical purpose and they also have the ability to search the internet for information, online communication with clinicians on health-related information and the ability to use ICT gadgets.
