Among the purpose of the study was to know the level of educational awareness of pregnant women towards Antenatal Care, and also the factors affecting the health education of pregnant women towards Antenatal Care in Basic Health Centre Tegina. The study adopted a descriptive survey research design and the area of the study is Tegina Rafi Local Government Niger State. The population of the study was made up to eighty (80) respondents, the instrument for data collection was 12 items structured questionnaire were designed to elicit information to answer the research question of the study, the instrument being used and the accurate information from the respondents and reliable ones was selected. Data for study were collected by the researcher and percentage statistics were employed to analyze the data related to the findings of the study. Base on the finding, the following recommendation were made: There should be proper health education of pregnant women and women of childbearing age.
