Among the objectives is to determine the level of knowledge nurses have about IMNCI in the Specialist Hospital Centre-Igboro, to determine how well the nurses of Specialist Hospital Centre-Igboro utilize the IMNCI strategy in the management of children, ascertain if time influences the use of IMNCI in the care of children in Specialist Hospital in Centre-Igboro. Many medical and allied works of literature were reviewed to develop more facts for the project work. This research uses a descriptive survey to sample 50 respondents from the study area. Questionnaire is the instrument used to gather and analyze the data, 50 questionnaires were distributed out of which 50 were retrieved.
