This study further attempted to find out if respondents use health information as personal and impersonal. The main objective is to assess the knowledge, perception and utilization of health information, among other health professionals and to contribute to the existing knowledge of health information. The study being a descriptive survey has the entire health care providers in the study area. Three hypotheses were formulated and a self-designed questionnaire was used as the method of data collection. One hundred and fifty-three (153) questionnaire were distributed among other health professionals after being chosen randomly and one hundred and thirty-five (135) were collected back from the sample drawn. Chi-square was used to analyze the data. The findings revealed that there is exists a significant relationship between the knowledge of other health professionals and the practice of health information (90%).
