The objectives of the study are to determine how the pandemic poised challenges and impacts on learning outcome and measures educational institutions can use to support remote areas through e-learning. A descriptive and correlation research survey design was chosen for the study. The researcher adopted stratified random sampling technique. Self-structured questionnaires were used in obtaining relevant information using Likert's scale measurement. 100 questionnaires were administered to the respondents and were all retrieved. The data collected were presented and analyzed using descriptive, arithmetic mean score and chi-square statistical techniques. Finding from the chi-square analysis (test of independence and the P-value (0.05) which is 3.84 is less than the significant level which is 5.4166 which rejects the hypothesis that there is no significant relationship between Covid-19 and learning outcome in Jema’a local government area Kaduna state. Research Question 1 was accepted, 91% of the respondents agreed that the Covid-19 pandemic posed challenges to learning outcome while 9% of the respondents disagreed with a mean of 3.0. Research question 2 was accepted, 79% of the respondent agreed that Covid-19 challenges have an impact on learning outcome and 21% of the respondents disagreed with the mean point of 2.97.
