This project work is aimed to study the effect of services and operators, to study the effectiveness of service, to know if there is significance or non-significance of the billing system subscribers, internet services, tariff and short message service (SMS) rendered by the global system for mobile communication (GSM) operations. The statistical tools used are descriptive statistics, which include the frequency, mean median standard deviation, cross-tabulation.
