A case study of Federal Polytechnic Cooperative Thrift and Loan Society Limited in Imo State. This was done based on the workers in cooperatives thrift and loan societies. Meanwhile, the researcher used two methods, in the process of carrying out the research, which are primary and secondary sources which include questionnaire, desk research and observation techniques. All these assisted in minimizing sampling errors and the responses from the questions were presented in tabular forms which were computed in tables and percentages.
