This project focuses on the design and construction of a three-bedroom bungalow for a disabled low-income earner. The site for this proposed building is located at Amaeze in Obibiezena Owerri North Local Government Area, Imo State. The site proposed for the construction work measures is 450sqm. The main aim of this work is to design and construct a three-bedroom bungalow for a disabled low earner. This can be achieved through the following objectives to ensure that construction will be carried out properly to ensure the maintainability, functionality and serviceability of this building, to carry out the construction in a manner that people will appreciate and emulate the design and construction pattern. This work shows an estimated cost implication that will enable an interested client to prepare himself for future needs. The construction process was carried out according to the laid down building code of practice. The site was first of all cleared of all trees and shrubs, top soil excavation before the setting out, trench excavation and construction. A detailed work programme and maintenance schedule was shown.
