The quality characteristics under study are Pigment (gm), Ferrous Sulphate (gm), Golic Acid (gm), and Tartaric Acid (gm). The study made use of a random sample of four Bic Pens selected from a packet of 50 pieces of pens for a subgroup of twenty. The data was analyzed using EWMA chart and the result of the analysis shows that all the quality characteristics under study were within the control limits.
