In a decision-making environment, some influential constraints are always present and the use of linear programming models has been very useful in optimizing decision variables in a cultivation process using the simplest algorithm method. This study examined the decision-making situation of a cultivation process of a farmer using the linear programming model. The study of the analysis included the individual sensitivity analysis for different scenarios of possible available resources and their optimal were noted for the decision making process. The linear programming model revealed that the Ifekachukwu Agro Limited should cultivate Yam, Okra, and Cassava to maximize profit at 7,333,333 per cultivation process.
