In the late second quarter of the year 2021, the host community of the Delta State Polytechnic Otefe-Oghara, had an experience of massive youth crisis that led to the loss of lives and properties and as far to the event of shutting academic operations down for weeks. In this study, the focused population under study is Otefe-Oghara. Therefore the population of the study includes residents in the community of age 18 and above. Data were sourced from respondents via the use of questionnaires and were analyzed using simple bar charts.
