This study looks into Wages and Salary Administration as a Motivational Tool in Nigerian Organisation with a case study of Federal High Court, Yola, Adamawa State. The study also distinguished between gratuitous and paid jobs with possible effects of wages and salaries as it relates to individual contribution and efforts towards the achievement of the corporate goals and objectives. The study raised five research questions with two null hypotheses. Simple random sampling techniques were used in selecting Thirty number research questions were administered to fifty respondents in FHC Yola where information was gathered. The researcher eventually used chi-square methods of data analysis to analyze the data gathered. The analysis favoured the hypotheses as the conclusion implied that wages and salaries serve as a motivational tool and that wages and salaries have a significant relationship with workers’ performance in Federal High Court Yola. ...
