To determine the impact of budgetary control as an instrument for accountability on enterprises'' net profit margin of business performance, To examine the impact of the human factors as managerial commitment and employees'' attitude towards budgetary control enterprise return on investment. The methodological approach employed by this study includes a structured questionnaire, hypothesis, primary and secondary data, extensive literature review, stratified sampling method, chi-square, and SPSS analytical method. The study revealed that effective budgetary control has a strong and positive impact on the business performance of any organization.
