The total population was 96 office managers and executive office managers while the sample size was 25 office managers and 20 executives. The method of data analysis was percentage out of which inferences were drawn. The study was conducted to make certain findings which include that information communication technology facilitated the globalization process and that word processing skills is the major information communication skills expected of an office manager in the organization.
