This paper discusses“Evaluate the Service Delivery and Customer Satisfaction in Hospitality Industry/ For production is not concluded until it gets satisfactorily delivered to the customer, hence, customer satisfaction and service delivery in Hospitality is very key to the existence growth and development of the sector. The methodology of this research work is cross sectional survey method, the sampling technique used for conducting this research work is random sampling. Most of the respondents indicated that three factors fascinate them above all else in choosing the hotel these are: price, quality, and serenity and neatness. The conclusion is that having recognized customers as king, the hospitality industry is customer centered. if a business fails to meet customer expectations, there’s a risk the customer will tell others about it and vice versa . In the hospitality industry, the success or failure of businesses depends on quality service. Some, however, deliver consistently higher levels of customer service. This work recommends that workers should be trained on the best practice of the hospitality industry among other recommendations. ...
