The study was designed to evaluate the causes and effects of malaria among pregnant women and children welfare clinic gusau, out of one hundred and fifty (150), only one hundred were filled and returned to the researcher, therefore the researcher find out that proper sanitation and use of insecticide treatment not (ITN) are the major ways of preventing and controlling malaria among pregnant women in Dr. Karima Women.
