To carry out this study four research questions were formulated in line with the problem of the study. The literature review was carried out under four subheadings. The descriptive survey research design was used together with information from a population of ( 2000) respondents. The simple random sampling techniques were used to constitute 100 Questionnaires. A 16 items questionnaire was used together with data from respondents. The questionnaire was validated by experts and the reliability was established using test_retest method. The data were collected by the use of a research assistant. The mean statistics were used to analyze the data collected from the respondents. Finding shows that the respondents agree with determining the immunization status of children in Kaura ward.
