To successfully carry out this research, three questions will be formulated and structured questionnaires were designed based on the research questions with five-point scale as an instrument for data analysis. The survey design was adopted and the population of the study was 110 respondents with 86 sample size used. The method of data analysis was arithmetic mean which was used as a statistical tool such as means for data analysis. Method of data collection, questionnaires were administered to the respondents and retrieved after completion personally by the researcher. At the completion of the work, the researcher made the following recommendations the researcher recommended that federal, states and local governments should implement the relevant policies in the Nigerian industrial policies and thus provide a conducive environment for the operation of small scale industries in the state.
