The objective of the study is to examine whether e-payment has a positive impact on the service delivery of the banking sector, to evaluate whether e-payment systems can help in preventing and controlling fraud in the banking sector and to access whether there is a significant relationship between electronic payment systems and banking sector. The researcher used survey method of research design. Questionnaire was adopted as a result of the survey method. The population of the study comprises the management and staff of the organization understudies which 25 and all were sampled. Chi-square method was used to test the hypotheses earlier formulated. On this note, the findings revealed that e-payment has a positive impact on the service delivery of the banking sector e-payment systems can help prevent and control fraud in the banking sector and that there is a significant relationship between electronic payment systems and the banking sector. To this end, it was recommended that Banks should embank from time to time on marketing research. This is because effective marketing strategies are a product of marketing research.
